I just received a message that appears to be from China Eastern Airlines saying my flight has been cancelled. The issue is that I haven’t received any official email confirmation, and when I check my booking online, there are no changes showing.
I’m unsure whether this message is legitimate or possibly a scam.
Has anyone experienced something similar with China Eastern or other airlines? How can I verify if this cancellation is real before taking any action?
