Noticed something odd. Chengdu to Singapore shows no Singapore Airlines flights scheduled after March 28.
I’m trying to redeem business class for my parents to visit in July. I already booked SIN–MEL in business for them, but now I still need the Chengdu–Singapore leg.
Debating whether to just buy a cash ticket on another airline now (downside is no through-checked luggage), or wait and see if SQ releases flights later. If availability does open up, is it possible to merge the bookings into one PNR?
Parents don’t speak English, so transiting and separate tickets make them a bit nervous.
Curious what others would do here
