As someone who’s visited beaches all over the world, I’ve always wondered why Miami Beach didn’t allow open alcohol like other global hotspots but that’s finally changing! Thanks to a new pilot program, you can now legally enjoy a beer, wine, or cocktail right on the beach in front of Lummus Park. The drinks are being sold by Boucher Brothers they’ve got the exclusive license, and it’s all regulated, so no more sketchy cooler sales from random folks. I’m honestly stoked no more leaving your perfect beach spot just to grab a drink. Plus, the city gets a revenue cut, which means we’re toasting to better beaches and local funding.
Anyone planning to lounge out there with a drink soon? What’s your go-to beach beverage?
