I have a flight tomorrow from OSL to LHR with Scandinavian Airlines for a party of four, including a child. We’ve flown this route regularly, but this time the system shows we are checked in without issuing boarding passes or seat assignments.
The website confirms check-in is complete, but the app shows no booking details and gives an error when trying to select seats. This is the first time we’ve encountered this situation.
I’m wondering if this could indicate overbooking, or if it’s simply a matter of completing an ID check at the airport before boarding passes and seats are assigned. All passports are valid for more than two years, and we have ETAs in place
