Check-in delayed past 6pm at Moxy South Beach, what can Marriott do?

Titanium Elite here and checking in at the Moxy South Beach. It’s after 6pm and they’re still telling me my room isn’t ready. Pretty much blew up the plans I had tonight.


Anyone know what Marriott typically does in situations like this? Is it worth contacting Bonvoy support, or is it all handled by the property?
