Hi folks, we booked a round-trip to Thailand from SFO through Chase using points (around 330k points for 4 tickets in Economy Basic for December). According to the booking, the fare is eligible for upgrades.
I’ve seen that if you book through Alaska Airlines, you may be able to use miles to upgrade, but that’s not our case. Is there any alternative way to upgrade to Premium Economy using Chase points or any other method?
As far as I understand, there’s no direct path from Chase Ultimate Rewards to Starlux Airlines without going through Alaska Airlines. Any advice on possible upgrade options would be appreciated, we’re specifically trying to move into Premium Economy.
