Got sapphire with the RJ status match and it shows correctly in my account. But when I checked in with Iberia in BCN, they still charged me 90€ for my bag. Call center couldn’t fix it and there was nobody at the counter who could do an override. Just had to pay it.
Anyone had this happen before or gotten the fee refunded?
