Getting married soon and trying to update my last name on my Wizz Air account. I have an active Wizz Discount Club subscription and the system just flat out doesn’t allow name changes.
Not trying to transfer anything. Just want my account to match my new legal name and passport since I’m booking honeymoon flights now to lock in prices.
Live chat is a dead end with the bot and I really don’t want to pay €15 just to call support. Kind of wild there’s no clear process for something this common.
Has anyone actually managed to do this without calling?
