Just got this email for a trip I booked about 5 months from now saying my seats have been changed.
I don’t understand why United keeps doing this. I originally selected the seats we wanted as a family, but they have now been reassigned.
My kids are older and can sit on their own if needed, so the original arrangement worked fine. My 11 year old is already seated next to me, but now my 16 year old has been moved away from her mom for no clear reason.
