Interesting, I don't think I've ever seen these sort of price predictions tell me to wait before. Capital One has it on their portal; the service is provided by Hopper though. 
Here is what it's predicting, vary between now and 3/22 (note my desired departure date is 3/26)
Tempted to give them a try, although I am skeptical...
