I’m 6'3 and fly a lot for work, and on other airlines I just pay for extra legroom and I’m set. With Southwest it’s a gamble every time. Even when I buy A1–15 or Early Bird, I still end up in A50-something and nowhere near an exit row. Paid 56 bucks for that last time… total waste.
Assigned seating can’t come fast enough. At least then I’ll actually get the seat I paid for.
