Trying to reroute a BA flight in April with a Doha connection and it’s been impossible to get through to them.
Every time I call or use chat it just tells me to try again later unless my flight is within 48 hours. Been “trying later” for days now and it’s the same thing every time.
Feels like there’s no real way to reach them unless your trip is immediate.
