I received an email from the hotel stating that there is a minimum one-night non-refundable deposit along with a 30-day cancellation policy for an upcoming reservation. However, this differs from what is shown in the app for the same booking, which indicates that cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before arrival.
I do not intend to cancel the stay, but I was wondering if others have experienced a mismatch like this between the hotel’s email and the app policy for points bookings.
