We booked 5 Premium Economy tickets on Virgin Atlantic to London for a group of 6. One person can’t go anymore, and we’d like to give that PE seat to our family member who’s in Economy.
Virgin said they can’t make the change over the phone and didn’t say if it can be handled at the gate. Has anyone had luck getting a seat like that reassigned to someone else, or will they just give it to whoever upgrades first?
