My flight with American Airlines got rebooked after a delay, and now I am stuck with about a 10-hour overnight layover in Philadelphia.
I am scheduled to land around 10:35 PM tonight, and my next flight departs at 8:50 AM tomorrow morning. I checked nearby hotels, including the airport Marriott, but prices are around $250 for just a few hours, which feels hard to justify.
Since this is my first time dealing with something like this, I wanted to ask whether it is possible to simply stay inside Philadelphia International Airport overnight after getting through security. Can I just grab some food and wait near the gate area until morning, or do terminals close overnight?
Any advice or tips from people who have done this before would be appreciated.
