I contacted Spirit Airlines about my upcoming flight from Orlando International Airport to LaGuardia Airport scheduled for 4/23.
I was trying to ask about getting a refund and also mentioned rumors about the airline’s financial situation or possible shutdown. The agent told me those rumors weren’t true and said only some less important flights might be cancelled, but that my specific flight should still operate normally.
I’m now unsure whether I should trust what I was told or if I’ve missed the chance to secure a refund. I’m wondering if anyone else has called Spirit recently or had similar information.
