This is a rant.
I have been a frequent British Airways flyer for many years, including Gold status for over 15 years, and one issue that consistently stands out is cabin temperature. Most flights feel too warm, and I often end up uncomfortably hot even when wearing light clothing.
It seems like a basic comfort setting, yet it is rarely right on the flights I take. I do not understand why the cabin temperature cannot be kept at a more comfortable level, ideally around 21°C or lower.
If British Airways wants to improve passenger experience, this seems like a simple fix. As warmer months approach, it becomes even more noticeable. Other airlines do not seem to have the same issue, so I am curious why this continues to happen.
