C to F bid upgrade not available on Lufthansa MUC–ORD despite First Class seats showing

Hi,

After booking a fully flexible Business Class ticket, I am unable to place a bid to upgrade to First Class on my flight from Munich to Chicago on Lufthansa.

The flight shows 3 First Class seats available, but the bid upgrade option is not appearing for the outbound segment. Interestingly, I can place a bid for the return flight.

I am unsure why this is happening and would appreciate any insights.
