New forecast from the U.S. Travel Association says business travel will only rise about 1.4 percent in 2025, much slower than past years. Big destinations like New York, LA, Miami, Chicago, Vegas, and San Francisco will still see activity but at a softer pace.
International business travel looks even weaker, especially from Canada. On the flip side, leisure trips are expected to keep growing, and fewer business travelers could mean slightly less crowded hotels and venues for tourists.
