Had one of the worst in flight experiences yesterday and honestly still shocked.
International flight in business class. No attempt to limit bathroom usage, so there were lines of kids and parents standing in the aisle waiting. By the time it was finally my turn, the bathroom was completely trashed. Water everywhere, urine on the floor, toilet paper all over. Just gross.
I told a flight attendant and asked if it could be cleaned. The response was basically no, it’s not their job. I was told I could either clean it myself or walk to the back of the plane and use the economy bathroom. They did hand me some towels, which was apparently them being helpful.
I paid for business class and ended up being offered cleaning supplies instead of a usable restroom.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? I’ve had dirty bathrooms before, but being told to clean it myself feels like a new low.
