Business class availability suddenly dropped to zero on Lufthansa LAX–MUC flight, possible aircraft swap to A380 with fewer seats?

I am flying Lufthansa from LAX to Munich tomorrow (Wed 29th) and have been monitoring business class availability using ExpertFlyer. For a long time, there were 9+ business class seats available, but suddenly it dropped to zero availability.

This seems unusual, and I am wondering if this could be due to an aircraft change, possibly switching to an A380 configuration with a redesigned business class cabin that has fewer seats due to a new layout.

If that is the case, I am trying to understand:

Is it common for Lufthansa to swap aircraft types this close to departure?

Could a cabin reconfiguration or upgraded A380 layout realistically cause business class inventory to disappear like this?

Is there any reliable tool or method to check the exact aircraft registration or final assigned equipment for tomorrow’s flight in advance?

I am trying to figure out whether this is a real capacity change or just a temporary inventory adjustment.
