I stopped at a Buffalo Wild Wings during a recent road trip, thinking it would be a reliable game-day stop like it used to be for me. Honestly, I left a bit disappointed. The wait for a table was much longer than expected, even though the place wasn’t full, and when the food finally came, my wings were just okay not bad, but definitely not the flavor-packed, crispy goodness I remembered.
I also tried one of their new sandwiches, the Beer Cheese Philly, and it was dry. For what I paid especially with prices creeping up so much it didn’t feel worth it. The one bright spot was the tech; ordering and paying through the app was smooth, and it made splitting the bill easy. Still, for the price, I might look for a local sports bar next time I’m traveling.
