I’m usually a loyal Turkish Airlines customer, but this one really threw me. Just boarded a flight from Medina to Istanbul in business class and went to use the bathroom before takeoff so I could pray fajr.
The toilet was a mess and there was no running water. Instead, there was a big Nestlé water bottle sitting next to the sink like a workaround. That honestly shocked me.
Isn’t a working bathroom the bare minimum on any flight, international or domestic? Especially in business class?
Really disappointed by this. Not the experience I expect from Turkish Airlines at all.
