Looks like the long-awaited L.A.–Vegas high-speed train won’t be ready until after the 2028 Olympics new documents say December 2028. And ticket prices? Around $100–$130 one way, maybe $175 for first class. Not crazy compared to flights, but way more than people expected when Brightline first teased “priced like gas and parking.”
Still, a two-hour ride between Rancho Cucamonga and Vegas sounds a lot better than sitting in traffic on the 15 for five hours.
