Breeze refusing to cancel my return even though I’m within 24 hours

First time booking with Breeze and had to cancel just the return leg because my meetings shifted. I called them within 18 hours of booking, but they’re refusing to refund the return to my original payment method. Return flight is on day 7 from when I booked.


Feels like this should still fall under the 24 hour rule, but they’re saying no. Am I asking for something unreasonable here?
