Got to Logan around 5am for a 7am flight thinking I was doing everything right. Nope.
All the kiosks were down, only a couple agents working, and the line barely moved. Everyone around us had early flights and you could feel the panic building as time went on.
Waited over an hour just to get close, then finally got to the counter right after bag check cutoff. Missed the flight and got told we should’ve arrived earlier… even though we already were 2 hours early.
What made it worse was how dismissive they were about it. No urgency, no accountability, just blaming passengers.
Honestly didn’t expect it to be that bad.
