Just a heads up for anyone using Booking.com. There’s another WhatsApp phishing scam making the rounds trying to steal credit card info.
You get a message saying you need to confirm your reservation and it sends you to a fake site that looks legit enough to fool people. It’s not Booking.com.
Posting this so others don’t fall for it. If you get a WhatsApp message asking for payment or card details, be very careful and double check directly in the Booking app or website.
