Booking.com suspended my account with active reservations and no help at all

Booking.com suddenly suspended my account with no explanation. I have almost 10 active reservations for a month long family trip, all tied to this account.


I’ve spoken to regular customer service, supervisors, and even managers. Every single one gave me the same response: they can’t restore the account and they can’t even cancel the existing bookings. No explanation, no timeline, nothing.


This could easily cost us thousands of dollars and completely derail our trip. I’m honestly shocked at how powerless this feels.


Has anyone gone through something like this before? Is there anything that actually works to get an account reviewed, reinstated, or at least get control over existing reservations?


Any advice would be hugely appreciated.
