Now, it appears they are sending automated emails to multiple customers, which makes me think this is not an isolated issue with a single hotel, but possibly something related to their booking system or app infrastructure.
Given this situation, I’m concerned that there may be a wider security vulnerability affecting users. It raises doubts about how secure the platform really is, and I would advise others to be cautious and aware of potential risks when using Booking.com
