Booking SAS instead of Delta. How do I keep my status benefits?

I’m Delta Platinum Medallion and looking at BOS to CPH. It’s a lot cheaper booking directly through SAS than Delta.

If I book through SAS, how do I make sure my SkyTeam status shows up? Do I just enter my Delta SkyMiles number in the reservation?

Also, will I still earn Medallion credit if the ticket is issued by SAS, or does it have to be booked through Delta?

Trying to save money but not lose the perks or MQDs in the process.
