First time trying to book business class for a big trip, and I’m a little nervous. On the Chase travel site it shows “no pre-reserved seating” for the AA flight (operated by BA). Does that mean I can’t actually pick my business seat?
Kinda worried after reading stories about people paying for business and not getting it. Anyone booked through Chase before and can confirm how this works?
