I need to book a hotel room for someone else. I reserved the room using the Hilton app and added their name as an additional guest. My Hilton Amex card is on the reservation for payment, but it is a flexible rate so the charge will not go through until check-in or checkout.
Will the person have any issues checking in without me being physically present at the hotel? The stay is at a Spark by Hilton property.
I mainly want to make sure the check-in process goes smoothly for them without complications at the front desk.
