We booked what appeared to be a non-stop flight from Las Vegas to Washington D.C. and there was nothing during the booking process that clearly indicated a stop along the way.
After arriving at the airport, we realized that the flight was actually a through flight with a stop in Kansas City. While this is not a major issue on its own, it feels misleading to describe it as non-stop when the aircraft is still making an intermediate stop.
The situation became even more frustrating because there is now a delay while in Kansas City, which means we are spending additional time waiting despite intentionally choosing what we believed was a direct flight.
I’m curious whether others have had similar experiences and felt caught off guard by this type of booking setup.
