Booked a group of six tickets together on Singapore Airlines between Hong Kong and Manila. One person can’t make the trip anymore, but we haven’t been able to get through to the airline yet.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to refund or cancel just one ticket from a group booking? And more importantly, will the rest of us still be allowed to board if one person in the group doesn’t show?
