I’m planning to move out of Canada later this year and currently have around 500,000 Aeroplan points.
Since I don’t have any specific travel plans where I would redeem them, I’ll likely be using vacation time tied to business travel instead. I also hold Aeroplan SE status, if that affects redemption options.
Given my situation, what would be the most effective ways to use or redeem these points before leaving? Are there strategies that maximize value without needing fixed travel plans?
