Best way to use Aer Lingus Avios effectively instead of small fare discounts?

I’m relatively new to collecting and using Avios with Aer Lingus and I’m trying to figure out the most effective way to redeem them.

At the moment, I mostly see options to use a few thousand Avios to slightly reduce the cost of cash fares, but the discount doesn’t seem very significant.

I’m wondering if this is actually the best use of Avios, or if there are better value options I might be missing.

For those more experienced with AerClub, what do you typically do with your Avios to get the most benefit?
