Best way to use 96k Venture X points for maximum value?

I currently have about 96,000 Venture X points and I’m trying to figure out the best way to use them.

I usually like getting the maximum value possible from my points rather than simply redeeming them through the travel portal.

I’ve actually never traveled outside of California, and I’m based in the Bay Area. Some destinations I’ve been considering are Honolulu, New York, and Puerto Rico, but I’m open to other ideas as well.

For those who are experienced with Capital One miles, what would you do with 96k points? Are there any particularly good airline transfer partners or redemption strategies that would provide strong value for those destinations?
