Hi everyone! I’m planning a birthday trip with my girlfriend, and it’s our first time visiting Spain. We’re planning to spend a few relaxing days in Altea in the middle of our itinerary, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to travel from Altea to Seville afterward. We’ve looked into trains but aren’t entirely sure about the best route.
Our rough travel plan is:
Madrid → Barcelona → Altea → Seville → back to Madrid
We would prefer not to fly, as I’m not very comfortable with flying in general, especially on smaller aircraft—it tends to make me anxious.
Any recommendations on the most practical way to make this journey? Also, if anyone has food recommendations for Altea, that would be a bonus.
