I’m currently on a SAS flight from Copenhagen to Brussels and wanted to share a couple of issues, as well as ask how to properly provide feedback to the airline.
First, the announcement volume has been extremely loud, to the point of being uncomfortable, and it has been going on for an extended period during taxi.
Second, the onboard WiFi does not seem to work at all. The provided link and QR code either do not load or lead to inactive pages.
I tried finding a feedback form on the SAS website, but kept getting stuck in a verification loop without actually being able to submit anything.
Overall, the experience has not been great so far, and I would like to report these issues properly. What is the best way to submit feedback to SAS?
