I recently flew United from SFO to IAH and had pre-selected the beef brisket meal option. It ended up being surprisingly good and now I want to try recreating it at home.
So far I know it included brisket along with fontina and white cheddar cheeses, which should be easy enough to work with.
What I am trying to figure out is what type of bread was used and whether there were any other ingredients or toppings included.
I did not take a photo myself, but I found a picture of it online.
