Today was supposed to be a major win for Disney fans hoping to snag Advance Dining Reservations for the new Beak & Barrel Bar at Magic Kingdom but instead, it was another chaotic Disney Drop Day. The entire ADR system crashed around 6 a.m. ET, and by 9 p.m., Disney confirmed that the reservations never actually went live due to overwhelming demand crashing the system. A relaunch is now scheduled for the week of August 18, 2025.
Some guests may have snuck in a booking during a short glitch window, but most were met with spinning wheels, error goats, and the classic Disney IT blackout.
Moral of the story? Set your alarms for the week of August 18 and prepare for battle this high-demand, low-supply Pirates-themed lounge is going to be a treasure hunt.
