Baggage Weight Flexibility on Starlux Airlines Flights

I’m traveling from the US with four checked bags, each right at the 23 kg limit. I’m wondering how strict Starlux Airlines is with slight overweight cases. Would bags weighing between 23.1 and 23.9 kg still be accepted, or are they likely to charge extra or reject them?
