We were flying to Heathrow via Copenhagen on Jan 6 with only a 1-hour connection. First leg was delayed, so we missed the connection and SAS rebooked us onto the next flight about three hours later.
When we arrived at Heathrow, one bag showed up and the other didn’t. It’s now been a full week and I’ve heard basically nothing.
I spoke to SAS a couple days ago and they mentioned there was some kind of baggage system issue, but from what I can tell my bag went missing in CPH before that issue even started. I’ve also talked to the handling company and all they say is “thanks for the info, we’ve logged it and are still searching.”
I’ve flown a lot and dealt with delayed bags before, but never anything like this where it just vanishes with no updates for a week. Starting to get worried.
Has anyone had a similar experience with SAS or CPH and eventually gotten their bag back?
