Had a frustrating experience with Frontier this morning.
My flight was at 5:50am and I got to the airport around 4:50am because it took forever to get a Lyft/Uber. I understand that was on me. They wouldn’t accept my checked bag anymore and it was too big to convert to a carry on.
The weird part happened after that. When I went to the counter area to try to reschedule, the bag check employee kept insisting I had to scan a QR code and wouldn’t let me go talk to the desk agent. I’ve never had to reschedule a flight before so I just wanted help from a real person.
She kept trying to block me from getting in line and was extremely rude about it.
Eventually I got to the desk anyway, and the agent there was actually very helpful. She rebooked me on another flight pretty cheaply and included a checked bag.
So the situation ended fine, but the attitude from the first employee was honestly shocking.
