BA website is driving me nuts

Tried three different browsers just to enter passport and contact details and keep getting the same error about problems with the info I provided. Everything’s filled in correctly. Double checked it all. Still nothing.


The chatbot is useless and I can’t find any way to talk to an actual human. Then I tried to select a meal and got another message saying there’s a technical issue and I’ll have to order onboard.


At this point I’m honestly tempted to just cancel the trip, get a refund, and do something else. Is the BA website always this broken or am I just unlucky?
