Had multiple bad taxi experiences in Athens. One driver charged double just for showing up early, another ripped us off at the port, and most were just rude. If you’re solo, esp. women, be careful. Uber/Beat is way less hassle, even if you wait longer. Greek people in general are great but the cab drivers? Awful.
