I am flying Air India flight AI 2115 from Delhi to Singapore and I am trying to decide whether a seat at the back of the aircraft is a good option.
I am quite tall at 6’4, so legroom is very important for me. I understand that extra legroom seats are usually better, but as a student they are too expensive for me.
There is a free aisle seat available in the last section of the cabin, but it is located just in front of the lavatories. I am concerned about possible issues such as noise, odor, or frequent disturbance from passengers using the restroom.
The seat in question is 33C, and the flight is tomorrow, so I need advice quickly.
Update:
I ended up choosing auto seat assignment during web check-in. I was given a window seat in row 30, which seems acceptable. I may still try to request an upgrade or change to an extra-legroom seat at the airport, but otherwise I will stick with this window seat.
