Are operations at Dubai Airport back to normal now?

I have a connection through Dubai later this July on my way to Europe and was wondering what the current situation is like at Dubai International Airport.

Have operations returned to normal, or are travelers still experiencing disruptions such as delays, congestion, long queues, baggage issues, or schedule changes?

For anyone who has recently traveled through Dubai, I’d appreciate hearing about your experience. I'm particularly interested in how smooth connections have been and whether the airport is operating as efficiently as it typically does.
