I am new to staying in hostels and will be spending one night in Amsterdam in mid-May. I expect to arrive quite late, around 10 or 11 pm, and leave early the next morning at about 5:30 am due to work commitments.
I will be staying in an 8-person female dorm and I am unsure about the usual etiquette in this situation. I want to know if arriving late and leaving very early is considered acceptable in shared hostel rooms, and what the general unwritten rules are regarding noise, disturbance, and respect for other guests.
