Are American Airlines credit card announcements limited to one per flight, and how can passengers report violations?

I’m really getting tired of the constant credit card promotion announcements on American Airlines flights.

I’ve heard that there might be a policy limiting these announcements to just one per flight and that they should be kept fairly short, but I’m not sure if that’s actually true.

If such rules do exist, I’m wondering whether there’s any way for passengers to report it when the crew goes beyond those limits or makes more frequent or longer announcements than allowed
